"I have known of the Tyler Engquist agency for over 10 years. The service provided as gone down hill fast. I recently moved my insurance back to State Farm after not being with them for about a year and a half. While moving the policies back I have dealt with Kyle Hicks and Tyler. Kyle Hicks might seem nice but he did nothing but lie to me and mislead me from the day I put the policies in place. After getting the run around from Kyle for the last six weeks I took this issue up with Tyler who has stated he doesnt believe me because he has known Kyle for 10 years. Well Tyler as we know your phone lines are recorded and Kyle did lie to me or purposely misled me so I wouldnt immediately cancel my policies.

The issues I have with this agency are related to the fact that I have a high risk driver in my home. That high risk driver has had 3 at fault accidents in the last 4 years. Somehow that drivers policy is getting an accident free discount and my policy is not and I haven't had an accident in almost 12 years. Kyle told me twice he had that corrected and it just takes time. Now 6 weeks later his story has changed to legally State Farm has to give the high risk driver the accident free discount but I do not qualify for it on my policy. Well I can read between the lines I don't qualify for it because of the high risk driver in my home YET that person is NOT on my policy because of how State Farm handles auto policies. Tyler's response to this has been all attitude and pretty much told me to bad and if I don't like it take my policies elsewhere. Well I will be taking this issue up with the Department Of Commerce and filing complaints against both the Agency and Kyle Hicks.

So do yourselves a favor and look for another insurance agent and another Insurance Company because all you will get is the run around from Tyler Engquist Agency and State Farm."
